Areas
  • Areas are unique places that can be created for any functional group within the enterprise. Example areas might be Collections, Fraud, Business Lending, Call Center, or Executive.
  • Within each area you define what reports, views, dashboards, workflows, etc. can be seen and worked.
  • There is no limit to the number of areas that can be created. Each area has its own security settings to determine employee access along with special customized settings that cater to individual or team goals.
