The 2010 Customer Conference offers a number of different tracks and workshops. Below is the complete agenda and details on each session.
Collection - Intermediate Track
The Intermediate Track is a two-day workshop entitled Collections in the Framework: From A to Z and will take a look at core collection functionality. This track is perfect for new Akcelerant customers, TopNotch customers who have recently upgraded or are planning to upgrade, and new collection managers or staff members. Each session in this track builds on the last, so we ask that anyone electing to participate remain in this track for the duration of the event. Topics covered include screens, letters, workflows, views, reports, dashboards, queues and more!
Collection - Advanced Track
The Advanced Track is recommended for customers who have a thorough understanding of collections functionality in the Akcelerant Framework. Sessions in this track include advanced workflow and report building, an interactive “Day in the Life of Collections” workshop, and previews of functionality being released in Version 11. Sessions here will be repeated in order to keep groups small.
Elements (formerly TopNotch) Track
In order to provide existing TopNotch customers with additional product education and more details about the next release, an Elements Track has been added to this year's conference agenda. The track will include both a product demonstration of the new release, as well as educational sessions focused on specific functionality.
Lending Track
Akcelerant is making its mark in the lending industry with its "next generation" loan origination product, SOLUTION.LENDING. This year's lending track offers both a high-level overview of the product, as well as breakout sessions on specific functionality. In addition, see how lending and collections integrate through the Akcelerant Framework and learn more about important topics facing the lending industry today.
