History

1998 Founded as mVest Technology Solutions by Jay Mossman as a technology incubator

1999-2000 founded ConnectSound, Cenero, mVest Consulting, NetAtainment. Purchased Polaris Consulting

2000 founded CollectAnywhere that eventually became Akcelerant Software

2001 Founded Akcelerant Infrastructure Solutions through merging certain business lines of Polaris Consulting and mVest Consulting

2006 Sold Akcelerant Infrastructure Solutions to its management which became SecurElement

2008 Founded Akcelerant Information Services

2008 Purchased TAPS lending product line from FORUM Solutions
